SoundBoundのご利用に際し、以下の情報を取得します。

Email address— メールアドレス
Nationality (for ticket issuance purposes)— 国籍（チケット発行目的）
Payment information (processed and stored by Stripe; we do not store raw card data)— 決済情報（Stripeが処理・保管します。カード番号等の生データは当社では保有しません）

We use collected information for the following purposes:

Issuing and delivering QR tickets— QRチケットの発行・送付
Sending transactional emails (purchase confirmation, entry verification, post-event reviews)— 購入確認・入場確認・レビュー依頼などのメール送信
Improving and operating our service— サービスの改善・運営
Responding to customer inquiries— お問い合わせへの対応

Stripe

Payment processing. Your card details are handled directly by Stripe and governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Resend

Transactional email delivery (ticket delivery, review requests, staff invitations).

メール配信（チケット送付・レビュー依頼・スタッフ招待）。

Supabase

Database and authentication. Your data is stored on servers managed by Supabase.

データベース・認証。お客様のデータはSupabaseが管理するサーバーに保管されます。

We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third party.

お客様の個人情報を第三者に販売・賃貸することは一切ありません。

Data Retention

データ保管期間

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Ticket and transaction records are retained for a minimum of 7 years in accordance with Japanese commercial law.

個人データは本ポリシーに記載の目的を達成するために必要な期間、または法令で定められた期間のみ保管します。チケット・取引記録は日本の商法に基づき最低7年間保管します。
