Terms of Use

By accessing or using SoundBound (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

SoundBound（以下「本サービス」）にアクセスまたは利用することで、本利用規約に同意したものとみなします。同意いただけない場合は、本サービスのご利用をお控えください。

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have parental or guardian consent. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you meet the entry requirements of the relevant event.

本サービスをご利用になるには13歳以上であることが必要です。お住まいの地域において未成年の場合は、保護者の同意が必要です。チケットを購入することで、対象イベントの入場条件を満たしていることを確認したものとみなします。

Tickets purchased through SoundBound are for personal use only. Each ticket generates a unique QR code that is valid for a single entry. Duplicate or altered QR codes will be rejected at the venue.

本サービスを通じて購入したチケットは個人使用のみを目的とします。各チケットには1回限り有効なQRコードが発行されます。複製・改ざんされたQRコードは会場での入場をお断りします。

Tickets may not be transferred, sold, or resold to any third party, including through secondary ticketing platforms. Violation of this policy may result in cancellation of the ticket without refund and suspension of your account.

チケットの第三者への譲渡・販売・転売（二次流通プラットフォームを含む）を禁止します。違反が確認された場合、チケットを返金なしでキャンセルし、アカウントを停止する場合があります。

All ticket sales are final. Due to the time-sensitive nature of live event tickets, we do not offer cancellations or refunds after purchase, except as required by applicable law or in the event that an event is cancelled by the organiser.

チケットの販売はすべて最終確定です。ライブイベントチケットの性質上、購入後のキャンセル・返金はお受けできません。ただし、法令に定める場合、またはイベントが主催者により中止となった場合を除きます。

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using the Service:

All content on SoundBound, including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of SoundBound Japan or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

ロゴ・テキスト・グラフィック・ソフトウェアを含む本サービス上のコンテンツは、SoundBound Japanまたはコンテンツ提供者の財産であり、知的財産法により保護されます。事前の書面による同意なく複製・配布・二次著作物の作成を行うことはできません。

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. SoundBound Japan does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

本サービスは「現状のまま」「利用可能な状態」で提供され、明示・黙示を問わず一切の保証を行いません。SoundBound Japanはサービスの中断・エラー・ウイルスがないことを保証しません。法令上許容される最大限の範囲で、本サービスの利用に起因するいかなる損害についても責任を負いません。

In no event shall SoundBound Japan, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

SoundBound Japan、その役員・取締役・従業員・代理人は、本サービスに関連して生じる逸失利益・データ損失を含む間接的・付随的・特別・結果的損害について、その可能性を事前に知らされていた場合でも一切責任を負いません。

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

本利用規約は随時更新される場合があります。重要な変更はメールまたは本サービス上の告知でお知らせします。変更後も本サービスを継続してご利用いただくことで、更新後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Osaka, Japan.

本規約は日本法に準拠し、日本法に従って解釈されます。本規約に関連する一切の紛争については、大阪地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
